SHIPPING & RETURNS

Pure-Lock Ltd. Shipping Policy

All components purchased on the Pure-lock U.K. website will be subject to our standard shipping charges to cover our packing and freight costs.

In the event where any shipping charge have not been included on the final invoice value,                          for all customers located outside of the United Kingdom - we will contact you directly to agree one of the following actions.

  1. Air or Sea freight: will be charged at costs for the chargeable weight, and the sizes of the packaging used to ship the goods ordered via the preferred Air or Sea freight service.

Palletized goods: will be shipped via the most price competitive and quickest transport method unless the customer specifically requests that the palletised items be shipped by a preferred Air freight method or service. 

  1. Use of the customer own Courier or freight account.

  2. We are agreeable to shipping your order using your own or preferred courier service.

  3. ​When ordering: please provide us with your freight account details and account number and the service required, and we will arrange collection through this method.

​Alternatively, all customers can arrange to collect their order from Pure-Lock when the goods are ready to be collected - only after the consignment weight and dimensions have been agreed and notified between Pure-Lock and the receiver.

Pure-Lock Ltd. Returns Policy

Our returns policy for products purchased from our on-line shop can be accepted within thirty calendar days of delivery-but will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee of the total invoiced value unless otherwise agreed,  

We will only accept products to be returned- if they have not been used or removed from the original sealed packaging and have been kept stored in a clean and dry environment at ambient temperature and have been not exposed to any direct or indirect U.V. light sources.

For any products to be returned customer must obtain a goods return authorisation number (GRN) from Pure-Lock U.K. Ltd, The GRN number will need to be clearly stated on the returned item shipping documents prior to being returned to us, any items to be returned shall be at the customers costs unless a fault with the product has been discussed and agreed with our customers services dept that either a replacement or a refund can be arranged.

Pure-Lock Ltd. Damage Goods Policy

It is the responsibility of the Customer to perform reasonable inspection of all deliveries received. Obvious damage to external packaging must be notified to Pure-Lock U.K. Limited customer services dept within seven working days of the goods being received, together with a copy of the original delivery note / receipt and including any relevant documents or clear quality mobile phone images showing evidencing the external damages.

Pure-Lock Ltd.  Shipping & Delivery Errors

Any orders received from Pure-Lock such as the incorrect items being supplied, incorrect quantities, or any physical damage to the products which are clearly visible from a standard ( out of box ) inspection, These must also be notified to Pure-Lock U.K. Limited customer services dept within a 7 working days of the goods being received, together with a copy of the original delivery receipt and including any relevant documents or clear quality mobile phone images showing evidencing the damaged items.
