Pure-Lock single-use flow control and closure clamps have been specifically designed for use with high purity flexible tubing and textile reinforced flexible hoses which require increased clamping pressure capability.

​These highly durable polymer pinch clamps can be used with smaller diameter flexible tubing materials with varying wall thicknesses and are quickly and easily installed with a positive and simple swing-away locking mechanism.

Pure-Lock single-use tubing clamps are the most cost effective solution which enables the user to easily control the flow of their high purity and critical liquid media transfer and sampling requirements. Fully tested and recommended for use with the following flexible tubing and hose materials:

• ​​All platinum and peroxide cured silicone rubber hoses or flexible tubing​

• PTFX Pureprene pump tubing, Marprene, Norprene, Masterflex & other TPE pump tubing materials

• Puresil PSTR and ASTR, APSH, STHT textile braid reinforced flexible silicone hoses

• Puresil ASTC, ASTP, and APST, APLT, APHP unreinforced flexible silicone tubing

• Masterflex, Adavantapure, Sta-Pure, Chemsure, C-Flex and Versilic flexible tubing

• Clamp Materials: Polysulfone & Glass Reinforced Nylon

• Sterilization methods:

• Autoclavable up to 30 cycles and repeat Gamma Irradiation up to 50 KGy's

• FDA & USP Class VI compliant materials

• Recommended for use with flexible tubing and hoses in the following sizes:

• Unreinforced flexible tubing with a wall thickness ranging from 2.25mm to 5.0mm

• Braided reinforced flexible hoses with a wall thickness ranging from 2.50 mm to 5.0 mm

Pure-Lock Ltd. Returns Policy

The Pure-Locks returns policy for products purchase from our on-line shop can be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery-but will be subject to a minimum 30% re-stocking fee - of the invoiced value  for the products to be returned- provided that they have not been removed from the original sealed packaging and have also been kept stored in a clean and dry environment at ambient temperature and have been not exposed to any direct or indirect U.V. light sources.

For any products to be returned customer must obtain a goods return authorisation number (GRN) from Pure-Lock U.K. Ltd, The GRN number will need to be clearly stated on the returned item shipping documents prior to being returned to us, any items to be returned shall be at the customers costs unless a fault with the product has been discussed and agreed with our customers services dept that either a replacement or a refund can be arranged.

Shipping Error / Damage Policy.                                                                                                                                It is the responsibility of the Customer to perform reasonable inspection of all deliveries received. Obvious damage to external packaging must be notified to Pure-Lock U.K. Limited customer services dept within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received, together with a copy of the original delivery receipt and including any relevant documents or clear quality images showing evidencing the external damages.

Delivery Errors: ( such as an incorrect product being supplied or the incorrect quantities.) or any physical damage to products which are clearly visible from a standard ( out of box ) inspection - must also be notified to Pure-Lock U.K. Limited customer services dept within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received, together with a copy of the original delivery receipt and including any relevant documents or clear quality images showing evidencing the external damages.

Shipping & Freight Costs.

All components purchased on the Pure-lock U.K. website will be subject to our standard shipping charges to cover our packing and freight costs.

In the event where shipping charge have not been included for customers located outside of the United Kingdom on the final invoice value of the goods purchased, we will contact you directly to agree one of the following actions.

• Air or Sea freight: will be charged at costs for the chargeable weight, and the sizes of the packaging used to ship the goods ordered via the preferred Air or Sea freight service.

Palletized goods: will be shipped via the most price competitive and quickest transport method unless the customer specifically requests that the palletised items be shipped by a preferred Air freight method or service. 

• Use of the customer own Courier or freight account.                      We are also agreeable to shipping your order using your own or preferred courier service.

When ordering: please provide us with your freight account details and account number and the service required and we will arrange collection through this method.

Alternatively:  you can arrange for your own courier to collect from Pure-Lock U.K. Ltd - when advised that the goods are ready to be collected and only after the consignment weight and dimensions have been agreed and notified between Pure-Lock and the buyer.
