Pure-Lock Ltd. Returns Policy

The Pure-Locks returns policy for products purchase from our on-line shop can be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery-but will be subject to a minimum 30% re-stocking fee - of the invoiced value  for the products to be returned- provided that they have not been removed from the original sealed packaging and have also been kept stored in a clean and dry environment at ambient temperature and have been not exposed to any direct or indirect U.V. light sources.

For any products to be returned customer must obtain a goods return authorisation number (GRN) from Pure-Lock U.K. Ltd, The GRN number will need to be clearly stated on the returned item shipping documents prior to being returned to us, any items to be returned shall be at the customers costs unless a fault with the product has been discussed and agreed with our customers services dept that either a replacement or a refund can be arranged.

Shipping Error / Damage Policy.                                                                                                                                It is the responsibility of the Customer to perform reasonable inspection of all deliveries received. Obvious damage to external packaging must be notified to Pure-Lock U.K. Limited customer services dept within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received, together with a copy of the original delivery receipt and including any relevant documents or clear quality images showing evidencing the external damages.

Delivery Errors: ( such as an incorrect product being supplied or the incorrect quantities.) or any physical damage to products which are clearly visible from a standard ( out of box ) inspection - must also be notified to Pure-Lock U.K. Limited customer services dept within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received, together with a copy of the original delivery receipt and including any relevant documents or clear quality images showing evidencing the external damages.

Shipping & Freight Costs.

All components purchased on the Pure-lock U.K. website will be subject to our standard shipping charges to cover our packing and freight costs.

In the event where any shipping charges have not been included for customers located outside of the United Kingdom on the final invoice value of the goods purchased - we will contact you directly to agree one of the following actions.

• Air or Sea freight: will be charged at costs for the chargeable weight, and the sizes of the packaging used to ship the goods ordered via the preferred Air or Sea freight service.

 

Palletized goods: will be shipped via the most cost effective transport method unless the customer specifically requests that the palletised items be shipped by a preferred Air freight or other delivery service. 

 

• Use of the customers own Courier or freight account.                     We are also agreeable to your order being shipped using your own or preferred courier service.

When ordering: please provide us with your freight preferred shippers account details and account number and the service required and we will arrange collection through this method.

Alternatively:  we are agreeable to you arranging your own courier or transport method to collect from Pure-Lock U.K. Ltd - when the goods are ready to be collected and only after the consignment weight and dimensions have been agreed and notified between Pure-Lock and the receiver.
