High Purity Over-molded Tubing Components

This range of custom moulded flexible tube and hose assemblies are manufactured using only biopharmaceutical grade materials which are fully assembled and packaged in our dedicated and fully controlled ISO class 7 clean rooms to ensure optimum cleanliness and purity prior to dispatch.

​Puresil over-moulded assemblies can be supplied in a range of sizes and configurations to fit with your existing high purity pipework configurations and are mostly fitted with moulded sanitary Tri-clamp end connections but we can also supply other fittings such as Pall Kleenpack, CPC and various sanitary tube connectors on request.

​All Puresil custom made single-use and sterile tube assemblies can be supplied Pre-packaged and Gamma Irradiated "Ready to Use".

Pure-Lock Ltd. Returns Policy

The Pure-Locks returns policy for products purchase from our on-line shop can be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery-but will be subject to a minimum 30% re-stocking fee - of the invoiced value  for the products to be returned- provided that they have not been removed from the original sealed packaging and have also been kept stored in a clean and dry environment at ambient temperature and have been not exposed to any direct or indirect U.V. light sources.

For any products to be returned customer must obtain a goods return authorisation number (GRN) from Pure-Lock U.K. Ltd, The GRN number will need to be clearly stated on the returned item shipping documents prior to being returned to us, any items to be returned shall be at the customers costs unless a fault with the product has been discussed and agreed with our customers services dept that either a replacement or a refund can be arranged.

Shipping Error / Damage Policy.                                                                                                                                It is the responsibility of the Customer to perform reasonable inspection of all deliveries received. Obvious damage to external packaging must be notified to Pure-Lock U.K. Limited customer services dept within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received, together with a copy of the original delivery receipt and including any relevant documents or clear quality images showing evidencing the external damages.

Delivery Errors: ( such as an incorrect product being supplied or the incorrect quantities.) or any physical damage to products which are clearly visible from a standard ( out of box ) inspection - must also be notified to Pure-Lock U.K. Limited customer services dept within a maximum of 7 working days of the goods being received, together with a copy of the original delivery receipt and including any relevant documents or clear quality images showing evidencing the external damages.

Shipping & Freight Costs.

All components purchased on the Pure-lock website will be subject to our standard shipping charges to cover our packaging and freight costs.

where shipping charges have not been advised or included for customers located outside of the United Kingdom, we will contact you directly to agree one of the following actions.

• Air or Sea freight: which will be costed based on for the chargeable weight and the sizes of the packaging used to ship the goods 

• Use of the customers own Courier or freight account to ship the goods.

• The customer can arrange collection of the goods from Pure-Lock.  

Note: Unless requested or agreed, 

large or bulk quantity orders will be palletized and shipped via the most competitive and quickest transport method - unless the customer specifically requests that the required items be shipped by a preferred method or service.
